These terms govern your use of zubarekhan.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. What this site is
TradeWithZubare is a personal website operated by Zubare Khan. It publishes educational articles about trading, hosts free market tools, links to third-party brokers, and distributes trading software written by me.
It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a portfolio manager, not an investment adviser, and not a registered intermediary of any kind. It does not accept deposits, does not hold client funds, does not place trades on anybody's behalf, and does not manage anybody's account. Nothing on this site creates an adviser-client, fiduciary or agency relationship between you and me.
2. No financial advice
All content on this site is general information and education, published to the world at large. It takes no account of your financial position, your objectives, your tax situation or your risk tolerance, because I have no knowledge of them.
Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument, a solicitation to trade, an offer of any financial product, or a personalised opinion on what you should do with your money. I am not a licensed financial adviser and do not hold myself out as one. Before acting on anything you read here, consider your own circumstances and, if appropriate, take advice from someone qualified and regulated to give it.

3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share the articles on this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.
You may not:
- republish articles from this site in whole or in substantial part, on any platform, without written permission;
- pass off any content here as your own work, or strip the author attribution from it;
- feed the content of this site into an automated system for the purpose of reproducing or re-publishing it commercially;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its serverless functions, or the systems behind them;
- use the site to distribute malware, to spam other users, or for anything unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, code, indicators, expert advisors, graphics and other material on this site are my own work and remain my property. Third-party names and marks — MetaTrader, TradingView, and the names of any broker mentioned — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. No endorsement by any of them is claimed or implied.
5. Software provided through this site
Some indicators and expert advisors are made available to readers, in some cases free of charge to people who open a broker account through an affiliate link. The following applies to all of them:
- Software is supplied as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or uninterrupted operation.
- An expert advisor places real orders on a real account. You are solely responsible for every trade that appears on your account, whether you clicked it yourself or an algorithm placed it for you.
- You are responsible for testing any software on a demo account before risking money, for the settings you choose, and for monitoring it while it runs.
- A licence is granted to you personally for use on the accounts agreed with me. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or share licence keys.
- Access may be withdrawn if a licence is shared or the software is redistributed.
No result produced by any software on this site — in a backtest, a screenshot, a live account, or a published statement — is a promise or projection of future performance.
6. Third-party links, brokers and affiliate relationships
This site links to brokers and other third parties. Some of those links are affiliate links, meaning I may be paid a commission if you register or trade through them. This is disclosed in full on the disclaimer page.
An affiliate relationship is a commercial arrangement. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement of that firm's financial soundness, or a statement that it is the right broker for you. I do not control any third-party firm, cannot guarantee the services they provide, cannot influence their spreads, execution, bonus terms or withdrawal decisions, and have no responsibility for any dispute between you and them. Read the firm's own terms, check its regulatory status yourself, and make your own decision.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. I do not control their content and am not responsible for it.
7. Availability and accuracy
I try to keep the site accurate and available, but I make no guarantee of either. Market data widgets, calendars and news feeds are supplied by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices shown anywhere on this site are indicative only and must never be used for actual trading decisions — use your broker's platform for that.
Content may become out of date. A figure that was correct when an article was written — a contract specification, a session time, a tax rate, a broker's terms — may not be correct when you read it. Verify anything that matters against a primary source. If you find an error, please tell me and I will fix it.
The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance, or permanently, without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from any content on it, from any software obtained through it, or from any third party you reach through it.
You use this site, and trade, at your own risk and on your own judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
How your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
