This policy explains what information TradeWithZubare collects when you use this website, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it.

1. Who operates this site

TradeWithZubare (zubarekhan.com) is operated by Zubare Khan, an individual based in India. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the site operator, and “you” refers to any visitor to this website. I am the data controller for the personal information described below. You can reach me at any time through the contact page.

2. Information you give me directly

Most of this site can be read without giving me anything at all. You are not asked to register to read an article, use the heatmaps, view the economic calendar, or use the news impact tool.

Some optional features ask you to submit information. Where they do, this is what is collected and why:

Providing any of this is entirely voluntary. If you do not want to share it, do not submit the form — the articles, tools and market data on this site remain fully available either way.

I do not ask for, and you should never send me, your trading account password, your broker login credentials, your investor password, your bank details, your PAN or Aadhaar, or a copy of any government identity document. No feature on this site requires them. Treat any message asking you for those as fraudulent, whoever it appears to come from.

3. Information collected automatically

Like virtually every website, this site and the services behind it record some technical information automatically when a page is requested:

• Server and CDN logs. This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify's edge network records request data including IP address, the URL requested, timestamp, referring page, user agent string and response status, for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
• Device and browser information. Screen size, browser type and version, operating system, and language, used by the site's layout and by the analytics and advertising services described below.
• Approximate location. Derived from IP address at country or city level. This site does not request precise GPS location, and the browser permission for it is explicitly disabled in the site's permissions policy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file a site or a third party stores in your browser. This site and the third parties named below use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, device identifiers) for these purposes:

• Strictly necessary. Keeping a form step or a submitted request state visible while you are on the page. Some of this is held in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie and is never transmitted anywhere.
• Analytics. Understanding which pages are read, for how long, and where visitors arrive from, in aggregate.
• Advertising. Serving ads, limiting how often the same ad is shown to you, and measuring ad performance.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop you reading this site, though some embedded third-party widgets may not display correctly. Instructions differ by browser; look for “Cookies and site data” in your browser's privacy settings.

5. Advertising, Google AdSense and third-party vendors

This site displays advertising supplied by Google. The following disclosures are made in line with Google's publisher requirements:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out page.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also serve ads on this site. Where they do, they may likewise use cookies and web beacons. This site does not control those cookies and you should consult the relevant vendor's own privacy policy.

Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove advertising from the site. It means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your browsing history.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google presents a consent message before setting advertising cookies, and your choice there governs how ads are personalised for you.

6. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which articles get read, which do not, and which devices people use. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes an IP-derived approximate location. It is configured for measurement only; I do not use it to build advertising audiences or to identify individual readers, and I cannot see who you are from it. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data entirely using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

7. Telegram delivery and the tools on this site

Several features on this site deliver files or access through Telegram. When you use one of them, the details you submitted are sent to me as a Telegram message and are also recorded in a private spreadsheet so that I can track and verify requests. Telegram's own handling of your data is governed by Telegram's privacy policy, which I do not control.

Two tools on this site deliberately process nothing server-side:

• The Gold News Impact Analyzer reads a screenshot you provide entirely inside your own browser. The image is never uploaded to this site or anywhere else, and it is gone when you close the tab.
• The market heatmaps, economic calendar and news feed are widgets embedded from TradingView. They load directly from TradingView's servers, which means TradingView receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Their handling is governed by TradingView's privacy policy.

8. Who your information is shared with

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not rent or trade mailing lists. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and deliver what you asked for:

• Netlify — hosting and serverless functions.
• Google — advertising (AdSense), analytics, and the spreadsheet service used to record requests.
• Telegram — message delivery for files, keys and support.
• TradingView — embedded market data widgets, and indicator access when you request it.

Information may also be disclosed where I am legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or abuse of the tools offered here.

Some of these providers are based outside India and your information will therefore be processed outside India, including in the United States.

9. How long information is kept

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to provide the thing you asked for and to support it afterwards — in practice, while you remain a user of the tool. Server logs are retained by Netlify according to their own schedule. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you ask me to delete your details, I will do so, other than anything I am required to keep.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, these include the right to access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal.

To exercise any of these, write to me through the contact page. I will respond within a reasonable period. Because this site is run by one person rather than a company, the quickest route is usually a direct message rather than a formal notice.

You can also act on your own without asking me: block cookies in your browser, use the advertising opt-outs linked in section 5, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and simply not submit any form on this site.

11. Children

This site is not directed at children and its subject matter — leveraged trading — is not appropriate for them. Nothing here is knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact me and I will delete it.

12. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, a content security policy, and framing disabled. Form submissions travel over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and you should not send me anything sensitive that I have not asked for — in particular, never send account passwords or identity documents.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how information is used will be noted on the site itself rather than made quietly.
